After a soldier cuts off the arm of king's cousin, king decides to deactivate the army. Of course, generals don't like it at all and they try to kill the king. The assassin should be artificial body in the shape of actress Evelina Keleti and with brain of psychotic serial killer Fany Stubová. They also manage to kill king's astrologer Stuart Hampl, who warns the king. Accidentally, Hampl's brain is implanted into assassin's body, actress Keleti is killed and chaos begins.

African-American documentary filmmaker Marlon Riggs was working on this final film as he died from AIDS-related complications in 1994; he addresses the camera from his hospital bed in several scenes. The film directly addresses sexism and homophobia within the black community, with snippets of misogynistic and anti-gay slurs from popular hip-hop songs juxtaposed with interviews with African-American intellectuals and political theorists, including Cornel West, bell hooks and Angela Davis.

Machiko is in mourning. She is an unlucky woman who lost her two husbands in sex-related accidents. This time her husband died of a stomach illness. Miya, a female fortune teller, talks to Machiko while she is standing by the pond and tells her she's having problem with men. She goes on to say that she can judge whether she meets her soul mate only by having sex...but is Machiko, who received a huge amount of insurance money, really in the hands of evil?
